Supplier Code of Conduct

Royal Rehab Group is committed to conducting its activities ethically, responsibly, and transparently. We expect our suppliers, contractors, consultants, business partners, and their subcontractors to uphold standards that align with our values and support responsible business practices throughout our supply chain.

Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and ethical business standards, conducting their operations with integrity, honesty, accountability, and respect for human rights. These expectations apply across the entire Royal Rehab Group and extend to all supplier relationships involved in delivering goods and services to our organisation.

Royal Rehab considers its suppliers to be valued partners who are integral to the success of our business and the delivery of quality services to the communities we support.
We are committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers who provide high-quality products and services, demonstrate responsible business practices, and strive to exceed minimum compliance requirements in pursuit of continuous improvement.

At a minimum, suppliers are expected to:

Not offer Royal Rehab Group employee’s gifts or entertainment for the purpose or perceived purpose of gaining improper advantage or preferential treatment.

Maintain and comply with all applicable registrations, permits and licences including accepted industry standards and practices.

Not engage in or endorse for any reason corruption, bribery, and other prohibited practices

Uphold fundamental human rights in all business undertakings.

Comply with all relevant and applicable laws and regulations of government authorities in all countries / states or territories where they operate.

Conduct business in an ethical, fair, transparent, and professional manner.

Declare any conflicts of interest that may affect commercial arrangements between the supplier and Royal Rehab Group.

Protect and prevent the release of commercial-in-confidence information.

Provide a safe working environment and to take all appropriate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health. Ensure all employees are treated in accordance with the employment law.

Comply with all applicable policies and procedures of Royal Rehab Group and any facilities operated by Royal Rehab Group.

Ensure suppliers employees are educated and resourced to understand their obligations and responsibilities under the law.

Royal Rehab Group’s rights and intellectual property rights are respected and maintained.

Not knowingly work with third parties who engage in modern slavery practices

Respond to requests in a timely manner including but not limited to interviews, visits, or audits.

If a supplier is unable to demonstrate compliance with the Royal Rehab Group code of conduct or fails to meet the minimum requirements expected of them, Royal Rehab Group reserves the right to pursue appropriate action including remediation or termination of the business relationship with the supplier.

Definitions

  • Workers: All employees including permanent, part –time, contract and temporary workers engaged by Royal Rehab Group’s suppliers, supply chain and sub-contractors.
  • Suppliers: All businesses that are involved in the supply of goods and services to Royal Rehab Group
  • Royal Rehab Group: All entities who form part of Royal Rehab Group, including Breakthru, Breakthru College, Sargood on Collaroy, Royal Rehab Ryde, Royal Rehab Private Ryde, Royal Rehab Private Petersham, Spinal Cord Injuries Australia, Royal Rehab LifeWorks.
