Reconciliation Action Plan | Royal Rehab Group

In June 2021, Royal Rehab Group joined a network of more than 1,100 corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations with the endorsement of our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Guided by the principle of placing people at the heart of everything we do, we are taking meaningful steps towards reconciliation through this formal statement of commitment.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan outlines the actions we are committed to taking as part of our reconciliation journey, guiding both our internal operations and engagement with the communities we serve.

In 2025, we renewed our RAP for a further three years, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening relationships, fostering respect and creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Increase the understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, knowledge, and rights.

Strengthen our relationships

Establish and strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations.

Develop our people

Increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment, retention, and professional development.

Diversify our suppliers

Increase the diversity of our suppliers to support improved economic and social outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
