Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, strategic direction and oversight of Royal Rehab Group. It ensures the organisation acts in accordance with its legal obligations, remains financially and operationally sustainable, and continues to deliver on its purpose.

Board committees

The Board is supported by committees that provide oversight of key areas including Audit, Risk and Corporate Governance, Planning and Development, Quality, Safeguards and Clinical Governance, Remunerations and Nominations, and Royal Rehab Foundation. Their role is to provide independent advice and recommendations to support effective Board decision-making.

Group Executive Team

Working in partnership with the Board, the Group Executive Team is responsible for implementing strategy, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring organisational objectives are achieved. The Executive brings expertise across healthcare, disability services and organisational leadership.
